“ Had brunch this past Sunday at Wilde and everything was wonderful. The ambiance is cute, airy and makes you feel like you’re on the beach in Cali. The food was flavorful, fresh and delicious. Ordered the Chicken and Waffles, so good! The chicken was thinly cut, crispy and waffle was perfect. They’re super accommodating and support local non profits. Will come again! ”
“ This place is a new favorite. The food is excellent (the chicken and waffles and French toast in particular are amazing). The portions are on the smaller side which is to say it’s pretty much exactly the amount of food you’d want in a sitting. Skip the heaping plates and soggy leftovers, and come to Wilde for a chill vibe and great selection. Definitely recommend. ”
“ Tasty, affordable brunch spot with really interesting drinks. Currently have a Grinch mimosa and an old school random cocktail called Tanqueray Almond for their holiday specials, both of which were expertly mixed and tasty. The crab cake benny was excellent, healthy amounts of crab and crispy, well-seasoned potatoes. My husband had the Nashville burrito which has the crispiest, wonderfully seasoned chicken enrobed in chipotle mayo. We’ll absolutely be back! ”
“ Wilde is an absolute gem for brunch in Denver! The Nashville burrito was fantastic- perfectly crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. I also tried the Irish coffee and it was spot on- rich, smooth, and the perfect brunch companion. Great vibes, friendly staff, and a solid menu. Definitely coming back! ”
“ We ate here for brunch this morning and the food was phenomenal! We split the breakfast pizza and french toast. The breakfast pizza was so yummy, the crust and dough were fluffy and I savored every bite. The only thing I would change is maybe a crumbled sausage for a meat instead of bacon (I’m just not a big bacon fan). The french toast though... I am not much of a sweets person but I could eat this every single day and not get sick of it. Not overly sweet and had some crunch, so so good. The service was lacking a bit. They’re still trying to find their groove so give them a little grace as they figure it out! They could benefit from an extra server or host/busser and I’d recommend opening earlier! I’m so excited to have this place in the neighborhood, it’s absolutely worth it and I’ll be back for sure. ”
“ One of the best breakfasts we have had in the Denver area. We ordered the Baja breakfast burrito and the tres leches French toast and they were phenomenal. We wish we got more! The bottomless mimosas were also a great addition. Service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend to others. We can’t wait to go back! ”
“ We have been trying to visit this place for a while, and now I am hooked. First of all, let's start with the service. Maggie was handling SO many tables when we cozied up to the bar, but it was still perfect service. Their bottomless is 23, and that is reasonable. Maggie, thanks. We had to go home and clean, and although our initial cleaning was fun, we then quit on it. Tomorrow sounds good. No sports on the TV, so don't go for that, but when you drink bottomless watching San Diego PB waves at a bar owned by a SD owner, what are the complaints? Wife said the shrimp and grits were the best she has had in years, and I will go to bat and say the crabcake sandwich with egg might have been the best crabcake anything outside of Maryland or Maine. Energy and music were great, and unique. You will go there and probably Shazam some songs. Boom. Bottled hot sauce, and I hope the kitchen reads this and creates some SD hot sauce that blows my mind next time. VERY minor complaints. Can't wait to try the burrito and burger. Definitely recommend and see you there. ADDITIONAL VISIT INFO: We went again for brunch on a weekend (Memorial Day weekend). I remembered that I got the magical crabcake sandwich (especially for a landlocked state), so I wanted to try something else. I still was in a crab mood and got the crabcake Benny. Jessie was running solo, and although we were one of the first three tables in there, she was handling about 8-9 when we left. She still was efficient, and I think they pulled someone from back of house to help. I still felt like every conversation with Jessie didn't indicate she had 1000 other things to do. Fun music in the background, and it made the place very energetic. Fun pink chairs too! The wife got the surf and turf burrito, and it was solid. I think it was a push on that day as to who got the better meal. The homemade chips that her burrito came with were MAGICAL. I stole a bunch of hers. My Benny was awesome, and wherever they are sourcing their crab, it is working. The potatoes that came with it were honestly good on their own, although I always drench mine with Hollandaise and hot sauce. I always LOVE when a place has a house hot sauce, they had it, and it delivered. Great stuff for us hot sauce folks. There was a 15 bottomless special, so the wife got that. Great deal, and it is still a decent deal at its normal price of 24. The drink itself wasn't her favorite, but still great value. My main recommendations would be more staff on each of our visits, and to invest in surround sound, so one table doesn't have the speaker next to them. Also, deliver the iced tea in a bigger glass for less refills. Next on my list here is the allegedly popular Baja burrito, I highly recommend, still a five, and see you there... ”
“ A great spot, with the most juicy chicken. I got the chicken and waffles. The owner literally perfected the juiciness of it. (I was skeptical bc chicken breast are usually DRY). This was not. Was so tasty. Then Wilde catered an event I was hosting the next day and we got chicken wraps and chips. 10/10 and ppl wanted more. Highly recommend. The matcha was great too! I don’t live in Denver, but if I did, this would be my spot! Heading back again today for brunch. ”
